Claim Your Account

In order to claim your account, you will need to complete the IRA Adoption Agreement and return it along with a clear copy of a valid, government-issued photo identification.  You may return these to us by fax to: (315) 292-6483 or, you may mail them to: AutoRollovers, 6 Rhoads Dr., Suite 7, Utica, NY  13502.

Photo identification is required in order to comply with the Bank Secrecy Act as well as, the USA Patriot Act of 2002. No access to funds will be provided until we have successfully verified your identity.

Before you decide what to do with your IRA Account, consider the impact of choosing to withdraw your balance.  While you are deciding how you wish to handle your AutoRollovers IRA, taking ownership of your account provides complete access to your account, including;

• Fund balance information,
• Transaction capabilities (transfers, investment direction, etc.).
